Ripley Crossing living areas One, Two and Three are designed to meet the needs of people who are experiencing the gradual progression and decline associated with Alzheimer’s disease. Each living area accommodates 20 residents. The living areas feature an open design with recreation and dining areas tailored to the needs of the individuals who are experiencing either early, middle or late stage dementia.
Our Dementia Coordinator works with staff to maximize resident outcomes as we realize that we must adapt to the resident with dementia, rather than vice versa. We also help to educate family members as to the progression of dementia and how to adapt to the changing needs of their loved one.
